At CES, Jawbone, the makers of the incredible Jaw Bone bluetooth headset have finally taken the spotlight at CES today!

Jawbone at CES has been giving away free Jawbone bluetooth headsets in exchange for people’s older, crappy, and less brilliantly designed headsets. Jawbone makes incredible headsets that have been tested for military usage.

If anything, I would love to trade in some old Motorola and Plantronic headsets. A friend recently text me a picture showing a girl with a whole trash can full of older bluetooth headsets traded in for the Jawbone.

iRiver Entering Phone Market

Chris @ 3:43 pm 0 Comments

iRiver

CES is still under way and so far, iRiver, a  well known audio company that produces very high quality MP3 players, are expected to storm into the GSM phone market.

Nothing is offical yet but, iRiver is expected to release a GSM phone with a touch screen that will have features matching the iPhone. iRiver will probably use one of the bodies from one of their current MP3 Player line.

Pricing and availability has not been annouced but, iRiver should give Apple a run for their money especially if they get a carrier behind them.

Chris @ 4:31 am 0 Comments

 Neonode N2

Neonode has recently six months ago, released a miniture touch screen phone. At the on going Consumer Electronics Show, Neonode annouced that the Neonode N2 will be heading to the United States.

The Neonode N2 resembles the iPhone with its touch screen but is rather smaller. The nickname iPhone Nano has been given to the phone by various European markets.

So far, specifications show a 2-megapixel camera built in, a complete music player, and a full video player on board. A time table has not been set for release but, do expect to pay plenty if a carrier does not pick the phone up. The phone goes for 300-400 Euros in Europe unlocked.
